Daniella McNulty has been helping to produce events since 2010 at the Ministry of Sound nightclub in London, U.K., her first official work experience. Her events work experience evolved from nightlife through to music and art, thanks to her following roles in journalism and at the V&A. Before leaving London for the next 10 years, she also volunteered with Oxfam at Reading Festival and Bestival, on the Isle of Wight.
Heineken International hired Daniella in 2011 through the International Graduate Programme, sending her first to France then Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan, where she got involved with the launch of Sensation, a series of huge, ornate EDM (electronic dance music) festivals through Asia. In 2013, her work then evolved to involve B2B (business to business) events in Parisian duty free zones, with global spirits giant Diageo. Throughout this year, Daniella got to know the Parisian nightlife through working at La Machine du Moulin Rouge, Badaboum, Ballroom, and several music festivals.
In 2014, L'Oréal hired Daniella in order to help with the relaunch of one of their key strategic brands, and she was also involved in presenting at several internal events. Focusing on the rebranding and launch of new products, Daniella took up events production again in 2016, going freelance and helping tech startups to have their voice heard with key investors like Puig and BNP Paribas. She also modelled in several Paris Fashion Week catwalks during this time, with Koché.
Machefert Group hired Daniella in 2017 to create and establish a new Marketing team for their 22 hotels, bars and restaurants in Paris, Saint-Tropez and Marrakech. Currently still involved with Machefert Group, Daniella has implemented several new creative strategies, including entirely revamping the group's websites, rebranding over half of the hotels, rethinking the digital ecosystem, putting in place several underground events, creating new bars, and much more.
Her most recent creations with Machefert Group include the Salon de Normandy art fair alongside the art collective The Community, Le Squat du Normandy éphémère rooftop graffiti bar, Last Dance (feat. TimeOut, Kiddy Smile, Teki Latex), Boiler Rooms in one of the hotel parking lots, The End @ Kube, Villa Royale Paris Fashion Week events with Stéphane Ashpool of Pigalle Paris, the first Airbnb Experience concerts, and many more.
In 2020, in addition to continued Paris Fashion Week events in several hotels, bars and restaurants, Daniella has also been invited as an artist to join an innovative new type of art exhibition, with Place des Galeries. 2021 flowed into 2022 and Daniella continued to manage and present at both cultural events (Paris is Dancing x La Machine du Moulin Rouge & Institut du Monde Arabe) and corporate events (SoPost Week in Newcastle, U.K., Luxepack Monaco with Aptar, Make Up In Paris, and many more).
In 2023, she launched several new event franchises such as Decade-Dance with Thibaud Erpicum and Misonny Art Festival in support of Sonny Kirchner & Erick Ricardo of The Norm Queer Agency.
2024 opened the doors to several new collaborations including Supper Club with chef Julien Sebbag @ Dos Almas Restaurant - Villa Marquis 5* by Meliá Hotels & Resorts, as well as Lovechild art exhibition by The Norm Agency @ Artivistas Gallery by Soho House Paris, and many more coming.
