Daniella is a British-Taiwanese-French CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) & Artist based in Paris & London.
Having studied Philosophy and Psychology at the University of Warwick followed by Digital Marketing Management and Leadership with Google, she is a self-proclaimed “swiss army knife” : International artist and illustrator, marketing and communications specialist, creative consultant all sized companies from startups to global conglomerates, and occasional model at Paris Fashion Week.
She has over 14 years' of experience in international marketing and communications, starting in PR and events at the Ministry of Sound and the V&A in London. She was then invited to join Heineken International, where her FMCG adventure continued through Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, The Netherlands and the U.S.A., before joining L’Oréal in Paris to continue launching new brands and products in luxury and cosmetics.
Her journey in Paris continued through startup incubators and technology accelerators, before joining Machefert Group : An international group of hotels, bars, restaurants and events, present in Paris, Saint-Tropez & Marrakech. Her role as CMO was to manage all marketing-related strategies and operations as well as run creative events and represent the company at public speaking events and international webinars. She was also involved at the origin of several sustainability and care-focused initiatives, such as Sauve Ton Hôtel, distributing food waste through Too Good To Go, accompanying refugees and migrants through Place Network, and more.
Her position as a “bridge” between the art world and the business world allows her to enjoy a unique position in Paris, the #1 culture and tourist capital of the world. Throughout all of these experiences in international marketing, Daniella has been illustrating and collaborating with artists and collectives, having launched menus for top cocktail bars in Paris, redesigned numerous hotel websites, and been at the origin of a successful art event “The Salon de Normandy” with The Community, obtaining positive coverage in both the 2019 and 2020 editions, from Vogue to TimeOut, L’Officiel Art, GQ, Vice, Flash Art, Purple, Novembre Magazine, Ten Days in Paris, the list goes on. The illustration children's book collaboration with Who Cares Chronicles was followed by an online exhibition with Place des Galeries in 2021, with Misonny Art Festival @ Le Consulat in 2023, and at Artivistas x The Norm Agency next to Soho House Paris in 2024.
Today, as a new page turns and 2025 approaches, she teaches at INSEEC, ESCE, Paris School of Luxury and My Digital School in Paris, CREA in Geneva, and universities in London, while supporting her clients (Meliá Hotels & Resorts, Aptar Group, Paris Is Dancing x Institut du Monde Arabe, et al), and is preparing a PhD in 2024.
